Greg Dohrman- Chair
Greg Dohrman is an attorney licensed to practice law in Missouri and Virginia and is a principal of Cunningham, Vogel & Rost, P.C., a law firm that focuses on legal representation of local governments. He received an undergraduate engineering degree from the University of Illinois and a law degree from the College of William & Mary.
Greg is currently an officer of the Missouri Municipal Attorneys’ Association, and he is a past member and officer of the Board of Trustees of the St. Charles City-County Library District. He has also served on the boards of other non-profit organizations and is a 2007 graduate of the Vision St. Charles County program. He resides in unincorporated St. Charles County with his wife, and they have two children in college.
Anne Ritter – Vice Chair
Anne is a Principal in the Tax Department of Brown Smith Wallace’s St. Charles office, where her responsibilities include planning, preparing and reviewing financial statements, individual and corporate income tax returns and establishing client relationships. She has over 25 years of experience in accounting and tax services working for private companies and public accounting firms.
She earned a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration degree in Accounting from Saint Louis University and her Master in Business Administration from Lindenwood University. Ritter is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the P.E.O Sisterhood (Philanthropic Educational Organization) and Kiwanis International. She currently serves on the Executive Board of the Greater St Charles County Chamber of Commerce, the SSM Health St. Joseph Foundation Advisory Board, Citizens National Bank of St Charles Advisory Board and the Finance Committee for the Missouri State PEO Chapter. She was named as one of the Streetscape Magazine’s Beyond the Best recipients in 2013 and a Missouri Society of CPAs Woman to Watch in 2014.
She is a St. Charles native who lives with her husband, Glenn, and they have 2 sons.
William T. Rebore Ph.D. has been involved with education in the State of Missouri for the past 53 years. Starting as a social studies teacher at Valley Park High School in 1968, he also served as the middle school principal, high school principal and Superintendent of Schools before leaving the School District in 1979 to join the administrative staff of the Francis Howell School District in St. Charles County. After serving two years as the Assistant Superintendent for Finance, he was appointed Superintendent of Schools in 1981, a position he held until accepting an academic appointment from Saint Louis University in 1987. During his academic career at Saint Louis University, he served as the Associate Dean of the College of Education and Public Service. and the Chairperson of the Department of Educational Leadership. He currently holds the title of Professor Emeritus of Educational Leadership in the School of Education. Since 2018, he also serves as the Managing Principal of LDR-Administrative Services, LLC.
Bob Schnur is the Director of Finance at St Charles County. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Bob lives in St Charles County with his wife Sharon. He is currently serving his second term on the Board of Trustees at Duckett Creek Sanitary District.
Linda Wibbenmeyer, P.E.
Linda Wibbenmeyer is a Sr. Process Consultant at DuPont. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Missouri. Her experience has spanned a variety of arenas from air pollution control, ethanol production, to thermal storage solar power plants. Her experience has enabled her to serve as Vice Chair for the Industrial Advisory Board for the University of Missouri Columbia Chemical Engineering Department, past President of the Academy of Distinguished Alumni for Chemical Engineering, a member of Mizzou’s Griffiths Leadership Society, and St Charles County Commissioner for Environmental Quality. She has resided in St Charles County with her husband and two sons since graduating in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
